• Better Home Company signed on Monday a lease contract of 2,000 for Spinneys stores at the Cityscape trade center, which Better Home owns, manages and undertakes its establishment in Sixth of October on an area of 27,000 square meters with investments of EGP 300 million.
• Spinneys will become the main commercial store in the trade center, which will include tens of names and famous international brands.
• It is expected that Cityscape will include more than 120 commercial stories, four cinemas and a large parking area that will be managed by Projex American Company.
• In addition, the sales of the commercial center after its inauguration are estimated to be EGP 100 million monthly.
• Essam Adel, Better Mall CEO, stated that the capital of the Holding Company which was established in 2005 is EGP 150 million while its investment in the housing and commercial centers sector reaches EGP 1.7 billion.
• He added that the Holding Company has three affiliated ones including Better Home which is specialized in establishing commercial centers. According to him, Cityscape is one of the projects implemented by Better Home and the rent value of the meter there is $70.
• Adel highlighted that Better Home also owns two other projects, this being Cityscape in New Menya which is considered the first entertainment mall in Upper Egypt, and another commercial center in the 6th of October.
