• Better Home Group celebrated the joining of Spinneys chain stores to Cityscape trade center, which it owns, manages and undertakes its establishment in Sixth of October on an area of 27,000 square meters with investments of LE 300 million.
• Essam Adel, Better Mall CEO, said that Cityscape will include more than 100 commercial stories and its inauguration is expected in July 2010.
• Better Mall CEO confirmed that it will provide around 5000 working opportunities.
• Adel recounted by saying that Better Mall possesses an ambitious plan for expansion in the Egyptian market, as it plans to establish tourist resorts in Al-Ain Al-Sokhuna and the Northern Coast.
• He indicated that the company's investments in Egypt amount to around LE 1.7 billion embracing more than 400 employees.
• This in addition to the other projects which the company plans to establish in 6th of October city as it intends to establish a medical center including 100 clinics with the cost of LE 150 million.
• Furthermore, Adel highlighted that the company seeks to establish a commercial mall in New Menya in compliance with the Ministry of Trade and Industry's desire to establish malls in order to provide additional job opportunities for young people.
• He added that the company had purchased the land for the project with investments reaching to LE 80 million.
• The CEO pointed out that the company's investment in the Egyptian market exceeds LE 1.6 million.
• As for Shadi Abusa'd, Spinneys General Manager in Egypt, he announced the company's desire to increase its investment in Egypt and provide the best products for suitable prices to the Egyptians.
